Child Policy• Children below 5 Years can stay in the same room & enjoy free Food and the upper 5 years are chargeable.
• Children from 5 years to 10 years will be charged 200 BDT and above 10 years will be charged 300 BDT for Breakfast only.
• Above 10 years if extra bed is taken then 1,000 Tk will be added for extra bed & breakfast.
• Extra Mattress bed will be charged BDT 1,000 Including 1 pax breakfast(per night per bed.
• Children are allowed to stay in the same room if they can accommodate themselves in the same bed.

House Rules• Hotel check-in time is 13:00 hours (1:00 pm), and check-out time is 11:00 hours (11:00 am).
• Buffet Breakfast timing is: 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM
• Additional charges may apply for late check-out.
• Railway station /Airport pick up & drop is chargeable BDT. 500 per Trip.
• Hotel Sea Uttara does not allow guests to bring food & beverage items from outside to the Hotel without management's prior written approval.
• Rooms may not guarantee for early arrivals unless pre-reserved from the previous night.
• Each guest has to present a copy of their valid NID/other forms of identification documents during check-in.
• Any cancellation must be processed 24 hours before the check-in date. Cancellations made later than this lead period will incur a charge of one night per room booked.
• The actual charges will be calculated by the hotel in its local currency.
• During Blackout/ Long Holidays period Cancellation policy will not be applicable.
